Project Scope
Our hospitality consultants collaborated withThe Social Hub in Vienna, together with their team from Berlin in Vienna to develop a comprehensive sales training tailored to their unique hybrid hospitality concept, blending student accommodations, coworking spaces, and boutique hotel services. The goal was to establish a strong market presence, attract diverse target audiences, and optimize revenue across multiple streams.
The project began with a detailed market analysis, assessing local and international trends in student housing, boutique hotels, and coworking spaces. This research identified key customer segments, including international students, digital nomads, business travelers, and leisure guests, each requiring tailored sales and marketing strategies.
Our team designed a sales workshop that aligned with the hotel’s multi-functional offerings. This included partnerships with universities and corporations, targeting long-term student stays and corporate bookings for events and coworking spaces.
Additionally, our consultants provided guidance on local engagement initiatives to connect with the Viennese community and create a buzz around the property.
The deliverables included a clear roadmap for implementation, key performance indicators, and monitoring tools. By integrating strategic sales initiatives with targeted marketing efforts, The Social Hub in Vienna will now be well-positioned to achieve strong market penetration, drive occupancy, and establish itself as a benchmark for hybrid hospitality in the region.
