GenAI for Hospitality: Full Programme

Packages / Full programme

Package

Every workshop, spread over several weeks, from the adoption blueprint to one-to-one time on your own work.

Format

8 half-day sessions + AI Clinic time · over several weeks

Duration

8 half days plus AI Clinic time, over several weeks

Audience

A small steering group for the first session, then leadership and hotel teams

About this package

Everything, run as eight half-day sessions spread over several weeks rather than in one visit. It opens with the AI Adoption Blueprint, where a small steering group settles tooling, policy, training and support. AI Foundations and Claude Essentials follow once the tooling is agreed, then research, data, content and prototyping, each a week or two apart, so people put one workshop to use on their own work before the next. The Claude Masterclass closes it out, with AI Clinic time alongside, as much as the team needs.

Eight half-day sessions, spaced so each one is put to work before the next begins, with AI Clinic time alongside.

What it sets out to do

Agree the organisation’s AI tooling, licences, use policy, training plan and ongoing support

Explain what AI is doing when it answers, and brief it well enough to get usable output on the first or second attempt

Research a decision with evidence, and ground an assistant in your own hotel documents

Reach a defensible answer from a hotel spreadsheet, and automate the report behind it

Produce on-brand written and visual content, and set the line AI must not cross

Build a working prototype without code, and automate a manual process across your existing tools

Set Claude up for each role, and turn a workflow the team runs every week into Skills that run the same way every time

Plan this package

We adapt the order, the groups and the working examples to your organisation, its tools and its policy.

How it runs

The first session is a working meeting with a small steering group, which leaves with the organisation’s adoption blueprint. AI Foundations follows once tooling and licences are agreed, then Claude Essentials once licences are in people’s hands, with its briefing section shortened because the room has already learned it. Research, data, content and prototyping then run a week or two apart, as pair work on material participants bring from their own property. The Claude Masterclass takes one workflow the team runs every week and builds it into Skills, and AI Clinic time, booked in blocks of eight 30-minute slots as the team needs it, gives people one-to-one help on whatever they are stuck on.

Options

Book AI Clinic blocks between sessions or after the last one, as many as needed.

Add Lean Inception for one specific operating problem, before Prototyping & Automation.

On a tool other than Claude, the Claude sessions are built for that tool on request.

Run a session for a single department, with its own examples and material.

Who gets the most from it

Organisations that want the whole programme without taking a team away for three days at once.

Teams that learn best by trying each method on their own work before the next session.

What you take home

An adoption blueprint covering tooling, policy, training and ongoing support

Briefs that work on your own tasks, and a method for repairing the ones that miss

A tested research recommendation and a knowledge assistant on your own hotel’s pages

A defensible answer from a hotel spreadsheet, and a report that rebuilds itself

Copy in your property’s voice, and images you can publish

A working prototype and an automation for a job done by hand today

Claude set up for each role, and Skills of your own for one weekly workflow
