About this package

Every workshop runs as a four-hour half day, so a programme is simply the modules that suit the team, in the order that suits them. A half day is one module, a day is two, and three days is six. AI Clinic time can be added to any programme, in as many blocks as the team needs. The examples below are sensible starting points; any module can be swapped for another.

Pick the modules that fit the team, then the number of half days follows.

Start with AI Foundations, or Claude Essentials for a team on Claude.

Run the AI Adoption Blueprint first if the steering group is in the room.

Run Prototyping & Automation after at least one of Research, Data or Content.

For a team already using Claude every day, add the Claude Masterclass.

To fix one operating problem that has resisted earlier fixes, add Lean Inception, ideally just before Prototyping & Automation so the prototype starts from an agreed MVP.

Add AI Clinic time to any programme: blocks of eight 30-minute one-to-one slots, as many as needed.
