Ongoing support

Four hours of one-to-one time, in 30-minute slots

Duration

4 hours · 8 slots of 30 minutes

Format

One-to-one, in 30-minute slots

Audience

Anyone in the organisation

About the module

Workshops teach the method. Most people then get stuck on one specific thing: a brief that keeps missing, a spreadsheet that will not give a straight answer, a monthly task that should run on its own. The clinic is time set aside for exactly that. Each person brings one piece of real work, and the half hour is spent on it, at their screen, on their tools.

Who it is for

Anyone in the organisation, one at a time or as a small team with a shared problem. Slots are allocated however the client prefers, whether booked by participants, assigned by department, or partly held open for drop-ins.

Learning objective

Give people focused time with a facilitator on their own work, so a task that is not working, a report worth automating or a question about the organisation’s AI policy ends the slot solved or with a clear next step.

Bring this module to your team

Tell us who would be in the room and what they work on. We will suggest how to run it, on its own or with other modules.

All modules

What you will do

Bring one real task or problem from your own work

Work on it at your own screen, on the tools you use every day

Leave with it working, or with a clear next step and who to ask

Save what worked, as a brief or saved instruction you can run again

Lessons

3 parts · 4 hours · 8 slots of 30 minutes in total

Before the day

Booking and Preparation

The client chooses how slots are allocated: booked by participants, assigned by department, or partly held open for drop-ins. Each participant sends a line beforehand on what they want to work on, so the slot starts on the problem rather than on finding one.

You leave with: A full schedule, with each slot’s topic known in advance.

8 × 30 min

The Slots

One participant, or a small team with a shared problem, per slot. The work happens at their screen on their own tools: fixing a brief, answering a question from their data, setting up a saved instruction for a monthly task, or checking a use case against the organisation’s AI policy.

You leave with: The task solved, or a clear next step.

After the day

Follow-up

Each participant keeps what worked. The client’s lead receives a short summary of common themes across the slots, without naming individuals.

You leave with: Themes that point to the next training or support need.

What you leave with

Real work moved forward

Each slot is spent on a participant’s own task, not an exercise.

Something to reuse

The brief, saved instruction or template that worked, kept where the participant can find it again.

A picture of where people are stuck

A short summary for the client’s lead of the themes that came up across the slots, without naming individuals, to shape the next training or support.

How we tailor it

Slots are allocated the organisation’s way: booked by participants, assigned by department, or held open for drop-ins.

Blocks are timed to follow a workshop, or to run alongside a rollout.

Themes are reported back to the organisation’s lead, without naming individuals.
