Packages / AI adoption programme
Package
A half-day blueprint with your steering group, then hands-on Claude Essentials once the licences are in, and one-to-one clinic time once people are using it.
Format
2 half-day sessions + AI Clinic time · over two to three months
Duration
2 half days plus AI Clinic time
Audience
A small steering group for the first session, then the first licence holders
About this package
Two half-day sessions, a few weeks apart. In the first, a small steering group decides how the organisation will use AI: the tooling and licences, the use policy, the training plan, and how people will be supported as they go. The weeks in between are for procurement and setup. In the second, the first group of licence holders learns the tool on the organisation’s own account, within its own policy, and leaves with real tasks for the week ahead. AI Clinic time follows, as much as the rollout needs, with half an hour one-to-one for each person on whatever they are stuck on.
Two sessions and clinic time, each shaped by what came before.

How it runs
The first session is a working meeting rather than a lecture. A small steering group works through the decisions an AI rollout depends on and leaves with a blueprint: tooling and licences, a draft use policy, a training plan by group, and how support, development and tracking will work. The second session follows once licences are in people’s hands. It is Claude Essentials, hands-on throughout on the organisation’s own Claude account, and built around the policy and the uses agreed for each role. AI Clinic time follows, booked in blocks of eight 30-minute slots, one person or a small team at a time, on their own work.
Shaped to where you are
If tooling and licences are already in place, the first session spends its time on the policy and the training plan.
If training is already well advanced, the training plan moves beyond a first session to deeper work by department.
The second session is built for Claude. For another tool, such as Microsoft Copilot, an equivalent session is built on request.
Book more AI Clinic blocks as the rollout widens.
The Claude Masterclass can follow once people are using Claude every day.
Who gets the most from it
Organisations where people already use AI on their own accounts, and nothing yet sits at company level.
Leadership teams that want one agreed way of working before training everyone.
