The study began with a high-level analysis of the Neuss market, focusing on its economic, demographic, and tourism landscape. This included an evaluation of demand drivers such as business activity, local events, leisure tourism, and connectivity to nearby cities like Düsseldorf. We also assessed the competitive environment, reviewing existing and planned hospitality offerings to determine market saturation and identify potential gaps.
