Bio

Elliot’s approach is to frame hospitality and leisure within the realities of feasibility, planning, and regeneration, equipping projects with the commercial grounding needed for credible approval and delivery. His work focuses on determining viability and economic impact, enabling owners and developers to make confident choices on where to commit capital, progress schemes through planning, and how to deliver projects that drive long-term value and placemaking impact.

He regularly advises on market entry and expansion strategies, portfolio reviews, and regeneration-led development. His work includes supporting international operators entering the London market, shaping global growth strategies for major hospitality groups, and developing accommodation and placemaking frameworks for civic and mixed-use projects. He has a particular focus on venue-led regeneration, where sports and entertainment assets can be repositioned as sustainable, year-round destinations.

Before joining Horwath HTL UK, Elliot worked in Crowe UK’s Risk & Assurance division, where he developed a structured approach to problem-solving and gained experience in stakeholder engagement, internal audit, and commercial risk assessment. He also served as Commercial Director at Eventmasters, overseeing hospitality, sponsorship, and venue partnerships—experience that now informs his focus on venue-led regeneration and destination development. These foundations underpin his advisory work today, enabling clients to navigate complex projects with clarity and confidence.
