About this package
Clinic time is booked in four-hour blocks, each split into eight 30-minute slots. Each slot is one person, or a small team, with a real piece of their own work: a brief that keeps missing, a report worth automating, a question about what the AI policy allows. Slots are allocated however the organisation prefers, and clinics work on their own or as follow-up after any workshop.
Time set aside for the specific things people get stuck on once they start using AI in their own work.

How it runs
Each four-hour block holds eight 30-minute slots. Slots can be booked by participants, assigned by department, or partly held open for drop-ins, whichever suits the organisation. Participants send a line beforehand on what they want to work on, and the slot is spent on it at their own screen.
When it works best
A few weeks after a workshop, once people have tried the method on their own work.
Alongside a rollout, so new licence holders have somewhere to take questions.
For teams that will not sit through a workshop but will make time for their own problem.
