Matko Marohnić serves as the Senior Director of Tourism for Saudi Arabia.
He brings extensive international expertise in tourism strategy, development, and advisory, gained through a distinguished career in both public and private sectors. Prior to his current role, Matko led tourism advisory efforts at Horwath HTL, where he was also a member of the firm’s Global Centre of Excellence for the Tourism Business Line.
Matko Marohnić serves as the Senior Director of Tourism for Saudi Arabia, where he plays a key role in shaping the country’s ambitious tourism transformation agenda. Previously, Matko led the Tourism Advisory department at Horwath HTL and was a member of the firm’s Global Centre of Excellence for the Tourism Business Line. His expertise in strategic tourism development and master destination planning is built on years of experience managing high-profile projects at national, regional, and local levels across a range of international markets.
