Kristina Milin

Kristina serves as the Head of Hospitality Advisory at Horwath HTL, Saudi Arabia.

Since joining the firm in 2013, she has built a distinguished career in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

With a background in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, Kristina began her professional journey on a Regional Economic Development project funded by the European Union and led by KPMG Roma, Italy. This early experience laid the foundation for her deep expertise in hospitality advisory.

Over the course of her tenure, Kristina has participated in more than 80 projects, demonstrating proficiency in hotel and real estate development concepts, investment planning, operator searches, and the negotiation of management and franchise agreements. She also specializes in creating strategic business plans for hotel companies, delivering tailored and actionable solutions for her clients.

Her project portfolio spans a wide array of asset types, including urban hotels, boutique properties, luxury resorts, mixed-use developments, multipurpose convention centers, camping resorts, and glamping projects. Kristina has worked extensively with major hotel brands and played a key role in securing financing for large-scale investment initiatives. Her collaborations have included institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and various commercial and development banks.

Kristina holds an Advanced Certification in Real Estate and Hotel Investment from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She is a certified Real Estate Broker and Mediation Agent through the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and serves on the Board of Directors for the AlpAdria & Eastern Europe Chapter.
