The scope of work included a comprehensive evaluation of the project concept, ensuring its alignment with market demand, site potential, and the client’s vision.
The assignment began with project inception, which included a detailed location and site analysis. This phase focused on evaluating the site’s geographical, environmental, and infrastructural characteristics, ensuring the project could capitalize on its prime location and natural assets.
A market study followed, covering both the tourism and real estate markets. This involved analyzing demand trends for luxury hospitality and residential offerings, benchmarking the competitive landscape, and identifying key market segments and buyer profiles. The findings informed the positioning of the project as a premier destination within its regional context.
Horwath HTL provided an expert opinion on the initial master plan and proposed concept, offering insights into the vision, positioning, and functional design of the development. This included recommendations on the optimal placement of components, such as hotels, residences, and supporting facilities, to ensure a seamless and operationally efficient layout.
