Horwath HTL was engaged to conduct a comprehensive operational review and strategic assessment for a resort facing challenges with stakeholder alignment, operational efficiency, and financial governance.
The project aimed to address key pain points impacting the resort's performance and satisfaction levels among stakeholders, including villa owners, management, and subcontractors.
