A competitive analysis was undertaken to assess the positioning of luxury hotels and branded residences in the region, identifying key success factors and potential differentiators. We examined various development models, from fully integrated hospitality and residential components to standalone management structures, ensuring flexibility in approach while maintaining the estate’s exclusivity.

Financial projections were developed to assess revenue potential across both hotel and residential sales, factoring in operational costs, pricing strategies, and phased development scenarios. Our recommendations provided a strategic framework for the project, guiding design considerations, investment planning, and market positioning.
