Horwath HTL Health & Wellness was engaged by one of the largest mixed-use hospitality groups to perform a due diligence study and assess the commercial value of an established lifestyle resort and spa brand. The client sought a comprehensive evaluation of the brand’s spa portfolio to guide their acquisition decision and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.
The engagement began with a detailed review of the spa portfolio, including its operational performance, market positioning, and brand value. Each spa’s key performance indicators, such as revenue per treatment room, utilization rates, guest demographics, and customer satisfaction, were analysed to understand their contribution to the brand’s overall success. This analysis highlighted the brand’s strengths in delivering wellness services and pinpointed opportunities for operational improvement.
Market trends and demand drivers in the health and wellness sector were thoroughly assessed to contextualise the brand’s value within the broader industry.
