This project involved assessing the hotel’s performance metrics, including occupancy rates, average room rates, and revenue per available room (RevPAR), alongside market conditions and comparable properties in the area. We also analysed demand drivers, such as local economic activity, tourism trends, and competition. Our study offered clear recommendations on optimal rental pricing strategies, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market. The analysis provided the owner with valuable insights to make informed decisions regarding the hotel’s leasing terms and rental agreements.
