Horwath HTL was engaged by the owners of the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Hotel in Singapore to conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the property’s overall performance. The engagement focused on identifying competitive and operational deficiencies and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the property’s positioning and financial outcomes in a highly competitive luxury market.
The scope of work included a detailed evaluation of the existing property condition, examining the quality, functionality, and appeal of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. The analysis also assessed how the facilities aligned with evolving guest expectations and competitive benchmarks within the luxury hotel segment.
Horwath HTL conducted a thorough review of the hotel’s management and operational structure, including service delivery standards, staff efficiency, and organisational workflows. The revenue management system was analysed to identify opportunities for optimising pricing strategies, distribution channels, and market segmentation. The financial performance was evaluated to pinpoint areas where operational efficiencies could be improved and revenue streams maximised.
