The project commenced with a comprehensive evaluation of the hotel’s current brand identity, market perception, and competitive landscape. We analyzed customer feedback, market trends, and competitor branding strategies to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the existing brand.
Our team conducted market research to identify target customer segments and their preferences. We assessed the potential for repositioning the hotel to better align with these segments, considering factors such as brand alignment, service offerings, and guest experience enhancements.
We explored various rebranding options, including aligning with an international hotel brand, developing a unique boutique identity, or refreshing the existing brand.
