Andrea's expertise spans the full spectrum of his field, from feasibility studies and operator search to planning, openings, asset management, and transactions. With 35 years of experience in both the hospitality and real estate industries, Andrea has a distinguished background in leadership and entrepreneurship, including a role as General Manager of a 5-star hotel with 180 employees.

Andrea has gained considerable experience in marketing within the service and real estate sectors, as well as in international sales and leasing for residential and commercial real estate projects. He has a particular expertise in developing mixed-use and hotel projects, project management, and consulting within the hospitality industry, particularly in development, operations, marketing, operator search, and transactions.

Andrea has been fortunate to establish connections with a number of investors, developers and marketers in the hotel and mixed-use project space at the national and international level. He has also served as the overall project manager for "The Circle," a prestigious CHF 1 billion development at Zurich Airport. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the preliminary project, securing the building permit, conducting the operator search, and finalising contracts with Hyatt, supporting the project through to its completion.

He holds a Master's Degree in Global Hospitality Business from EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland.
