Our team was engaged to conduct a feasibility study and best-use analysis for a client considering a hospitality development in a prime urban location. The objective was to assess the financial viability of the project and recommend the optimal use for the site, aligned with market demand and the client’s strategic goals.

The project commenced with a comprehensive market analysis, examining key factors such as regional demand drivers, competitor performance, and future trends in the hospitality sector. This analysis included demographic studies, tourism statistics, and an evaluation of the site’s accessibility and surrounding amenities.

Next, we developed multiple development scenarios, each incorporating different use concepts such as boutique hotels, mixed-use facilities, or serviced apartments. For each scenario, we conducted detailed financial modelling, estimating capital investment requirements, operating costs, and revenue projections. This allowed us to determine potential returns on investment and payback periods.
