Throughout his distinguished career, Paolo has cultivated a profound expertise in hotel operations and tourism. As General Manager of Château Bromont resort and hotel for 14 years, he maintained the property’s reputation as a leading four-star destination. His leadership in enhancing service quality, optimising management processes, and driving business performance laid the groundwork for his advisory capabilities today.
Paolo’s contributions extend to the broader industry through his active involvement in governance and sector development. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality of Québec and was a past Board Member of the Société du Parc Jean-Drapeau. These roles reflect his dedication to advancing hospitality education, innovation, and excellence.
His achievements have been recognised with several prestigious accolades, including being named Hotelier of the Year by the Québec Hotel Association in 2006 and receiving the Grand Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Hôtelier in 2005.
Paolo is a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Ordre des Comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal University.
