Corinne Ratelle-Valade

With a specialisation in hotels, resorts and leisure real estate developments, Corinne brings extensive experience of tourism-related projects, including water parks, spas and convention centres.

In her role, she provides excellent support in the development of forecasts, strategies, and pricing for hotel and tourism products. Her services also include the creation and implementation of quality standards, policies, operational processes and customer service procedures, with the objective of enhancing the performance of establishments. Moreover, Corinne is adept at managing financial and material resources, analysing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing bespoke asset and interim management services.

Corinne has considerable experience in revenue and operations management, having successfully developed operational and financial strategies and established organisational structures for new projects. Her extensive background in the hotel industry, encompassing reservations, revenue management and senior consulting roles, has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and management.

Corinne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a College Diploma in Food Service Management and Restaurant Operations from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, both located in Montréal, Canada.
