The project began with a comprehensive feasibility study, evaluating market demand, competitive positioning, and the financial viability of the proposed hotel. The analysis provided the client with key insights into optimal property size, facilities, and target market, ensuring a solid foundation for the development’s success. Detailed financial projections and risk assessments were included to guide investment decisions and strategy.

Following the feasibility phase, Horwath HTL conducted a targeted operator search, leveraging industry expertise to identify and evaluate operators that aligned with the project’s concept and long-term vision. This process included contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and a strong partnership with Marriott International for the Courtyard brand.

During the planning and construction phase, Horwath HTL provided ongoing support, advising on design, operational workflows, and compliance with brand standards to ensure the project remained on track and aligned with market expectations. Regular collaboration with the client and project stakeholders ensured seamless integration of operational and design considerations.
