Horwath HTL was engaged to support the development of a new hotel, providing expertise across multiple stages of the project, from feasibility analysis to operator search and ongoing planning assistance. This comprehensive engagement aimed to ensure the project’s strategic alignment with market opportunities and its operational and financial success.

The feasibility study included an extensive market analysis, evaluating demand generators, competitive positioning, and the regional hospitality landscape. Detailed recommendations were provided regarding the hotel’s optimal size, facilities, and services, tailored to meet market needs while ensuring financial viability. Financial projections, including revenue forecasts and cost estimations, were developed to offer the client a clear understanding of the project’s potential outcomes.

As part of the operator search, Horwath HTL identified and evaluated prospective operators whose brands and expertise aligned with the envisioned market positioning of the hotel. The engagement included managing the negotiation of management contracts, ensuring the terms supported the client’s strategic and financial goals. These contracts addressed key areas such as performance benchmarks, fee structures, and operational roles to establish a strong foundation for success.
