Preparation of Bid for International Belgrade Expo 2027
Horwath HTL, as a consortium leader, was appointed by the Belgrade Fair doo, supported by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, to prepare the Bid Book for the International Exhibition EXPO BELGRADE 2027.
Project Scope
Horwath HTL and partner companies were tasked with preparing the Recognition Dossier for EXPO BELGRADE 2027, which encompasses the following chapters: legal and financial measures and the legal status of the organizer; theme and sub-themes; master plan; space utilization plan (EXPO legacy); financial plan; commercialization plan; communication plan; and attached legal regulations, including general regulations, participation agreements, specific regulations for participants and themes, and provisions for compensation in the event of exhibition cancellation.
