The Lithuanian office will operate as Horwath HTL, Lithuania under the leadership of Arvydas Balčiūnas, a seasoned hospitality expert with nearly 30 years of international and regional experience. Arvydas brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, revenue optimisation, branding, franchise negotiations, and operational transformation, making him a key asset to both our network and clients across the Baltics and beyond.

His career spans leadership roles across Eastern Europe, including positions such as CEO of a pan-Baltic hotel chain, General Manager of an independent hotel, and Managing Partner at a hospitality management firm. His successful track record in hotel development, rebranding, and outsourcing solutions has positioned him as one of the region’s foremost authorities in hospitality management. Arvydas holds a degree from Vilnius University, as well as professional certifications in management and franchising from the Open University and Cornell University, respectively.
