Horwath HTL, the world’s leading consulting firm in tourism, hospitality, and leisure, is entering an exciting new chapter in Croatia with a change in ownership and management. The Croatian office will now be led by an energetic but highly experienced leadership team, combining fresh energy with a deep reference base built over many years within Horwath HTL. The new co-owners and board members are Siniša Topalović, Kristina Milin, and Matko Marohnić. This transition ensures continuity while positioning the company for even greater innovation and growth.
At the forefront of this transition is Siniša Topalović, who continues as CEO while also becoming the majority owner after 15 years with Horwath HTL, during which he shaped key tourism strategies across Southeast Europe and contributed to projects in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Alongside him, Kristina Milin joins the management board as Director of Hospitality Advisory, bringing 13 years of expertise in hotel and resort concepts, branded residences, investment strategies, and asset management. An alumna of the prestigious Cornell School of Hotel Administration, she combines global perspective with strong local experience.
Completing the leadership team, Matko Marohnić steps in as Director of Destination Advisory after 8 years of dedicated work within Horwath HTL, where he developed specialized knowledge in destination planning, marketing, and product development across Croatia, the wider region, and international markets.
Together, this young yet highly seasoned team embodies a balance of fresh energy, broad knowledge, and proven expertise, setting a strong foundation for the future.
This new generation of leaders combines youthful drive with a wealth of practical experience gained through decades of collective work within Horwath HTL. Their shared vision is to bring renewed energy, sharper focus, and tailored services to clients in Croatia, the wider region, and global markets.

In parallel with the developments in Croatia, Horwath HTL is also entering a new chapter in Albania. The ownership and management of the Albanian office are now shared by Majlind Lazimi, Siniša Topalović, Kristina Milin, and Matko Marohnić, who together form a strengthened leadership structure.
