Hotel Market Sentiment Survey: Benelux Area

Horwath HTL Netherlands has produced their latest Hotel Market Sentiment Survey for the Benelux area.

The survey gives a quick assessment of the market outlook for the global hotel industry, by the people on the ground, running the hotels. The survey focusses on the current outlook for occupancy, average room rates and total revenue and what the operators feel is going to happen based on their experience.

The report summarizes the outcome of the survey in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. Of the almost 300 respondents, 72 percent came from The Netherlands, and 28 percent from Belgium & Luxembourg.

The Benelux Hotel Market Sentiment has increased considerably, reflecting a higher sense of optimism.
