Horwath HTL Ireland was engaged to provide strategic advice to an Irish hotel group on the acquisition and repositioning of two regional resort hotels. The project aimed to unlock the full potential of these assets, aligning them with market demand and the client’s broader portfolio strategy.
The initial phase of the project focused on a comprehensive assessment of the two properties, including their operational performance, market positioning, and potential for redevelopment. Our analysis incorporated a review of historical financial data, competitive market research, and an evaluation of the unique characteristics of each property. This thorough approach ensured a clear understanding of the strengths and opportunities for each resort.
