Transamerica Fit Araquari Hotel Feasibility Study

Horwath HTL was engaged in a Feasibility Study for the Transamerica Fit Araquari Hotel.

The feasibility study for the Transamerica Fit Araquari Hotel was designed to evaluate the viability of developing a mid-scale hotel in the Araquari region, considering market demand, financial projections, and operational feasibility. Our consultants were engaged to assess both the local hospitality market and the financial implications of the proposed development, ensuring that the project was strategically sound and commercially viable.

The process began with a thorough analysis of the local market, including a study of regional demand drivers, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. We identified key factors influencing demand in the area, such as business travel, tourism trends, and regional economic conditions. This helped determine the potential customer base and provided insights into competitive offerings in the vicinity.

A detailed financial model was developed to assess the capital investment requirements, projected revenue, operating costs, and return on investment. We used multiple methodologies, including market comparisons, to project the hotel’s performance based on various occupancy scenarios, room rates, and cost structures. Sensitivity analyses were also conducted to evaluate the impact of different economic conditions, market fluctuations, and potential operational challenges on the hotel’s financial performance.

Operational considerations were key to the feasibility study, focusing on staffing, service offerings, and cost management strategies. We also assessed the alignment of the Transamerica Fit brand with the target market and local conditions, providing recommendations on how to best position the hotel for success in the mid-scale segment.

The final feasibility report offered the client a clear, data-driven assessment of the Transamerica Fit Araquari Hotel’s potential, outlining the financial viability of the project, identifying key risks, and offering strategic recommendations for development and positioning. This work enabled the client to make informed decisions regarding investment, development, and operational planning.
