Tourism Sector Assessment for the North Pacific
A comprehensive analysis and investment opportunity assessment of the tourism sector in the North Pacific region, especially in light of the impact of COVID-19 on the travel and tourism industries. A key objective of this assignment is to evaluate and define the potential for new investments in hotels and resorts in the Republic of Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau, based on country-specific reviews of travel and tourism demand compared to the local hotel and resort supply. New investment opportunities are to comprise commercially viable potential projects with positive “risk/return” metrics attractive to private sector investors. Our assessments may include expansion or refurbishment of existing properties but may also consider new establishments.
