Project Scope

We were engaged to conduct regular operational and technical audits of hotels located in major Polish cities. The objective of these audits was to evaluate compliance with operational standards, assess the technical condition of facilities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall property performance.

Each audit commenced with a thorough review of the hotel’s operational processes, including front-of-house services, housekeeping efficiency, food and beverage operations, and general guest experience. We evaluated the properties’ adherence to established brand standards and industry benchmarks, identifying areas where service delivery could be optimised.

Simultaneously, our technical audits focused on the condition and functionality of the hotel’s physical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical installations, and safety compliance. We also assessed the maintenance schedules to ensure that preventive measures were being implemented effectively, thereby minimising future repair costs and downtime.

To provide a comprehensive view, we incorporated benchmarking against similar hotels in the respective cities. This included analysing key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, average daily rates, and guest satisfaction scores. The findings helped contextualise the operational and technical performance of each property within the competitive landscape.

Following each audit, we prepared detailed reports outlining our findings and prioritising recommendations. These included targeted strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance the technical reliability of systems, and align service standards with guest expectations. In cases where capital investment was needed, we provided cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making.

Through these audits, we delivered valuable insights that enabled hotel operators to address immediate concerns and develop long-term strategies for improvement. This ongoing process supported the sustained success of the properties in highly competitive urban markets across Poland.
