Horwath HTL was retained to determine the market value of an event centre, including its buildings and surrounding gardens, as part of a planned purchase and redevelopment project. The objective was to provide the client with an accurate valuation that encompassed both the current state of the property and its potential for future use.

The valuation process began with a detailed assessment of the physical assets, including the event centre’s facilities and the landscaped gardens that contribute to its appeal. This involved on-site inspections to evaluate the condition, design, and functionality of the existing structures. The analysis also incorporated redevelopment scenarios, projecting the impact of planned upgrades on the property’s market value. These projections accounted for anticipated increases in operational efficiency, revenue potential, and market appeal following the redevelopment.

The final deliverable was a comprehensive valuation report, presenting the current market value of the event centre and its gardens, along with insights into the property’s redevelopment potential. This report provided the client with a robust foundation for negotiations, planning, and investment decisions.
