Hospitality Training Content Development
Our team was engaged by LobsterInk, a leading organization specializing in high-quality online training for the hotel industry, to provide subject matter expertise in the complete redesign of their hospitality training content.
This initiative aimed to elevate the educational experience for hospitality professionals by ensuring the training materials reflected the highest industry standards in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Leadership.
With a focus on modernizing content and enhancing its practical applicability, the project required a meticulous review and strategic overhaul of existing training modules.
Project Scope
As a subject matter expert, Jason played a critical role in shaping the curriculum by writing and refining training scripts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with luxury hospitality service principles.
Additionally, Jason provided in-depth feedback on video segments, assessing their effectiveness in conveying key learning outcomes while maintaining engagement for a global audience. By collaborating closely with production teams, I contributed to the development of interactive learning experiences that blended instructional depth with real-world hospitality scenarios. Beyond content creation, my role extended to defining measurable learning objectives and reinforcing best practices across all training modules. This ensured that the final product not only educated but also empowered hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service consistently.
