Project Scope
The Polish investor, owner of three H 15 hotels in Poland (5* H15 Boutique Hotel in Warsaw, 4* H15 Francuski Hotel and 5* H15 Luxury Palace in Cracow), was considering the further development strategy for its chain. Horwath HTL Polska was tasked with advising on the choice of strategy. As a result of the analyses, the strategy chosen was to lease all the hotels. Horwath HTL was instructed by the owner of the 5* H15 hotels to find a tenant. Horwath HTL was tasked with conducting an operator analysis, collecting lease offers, recommending a solution and assisting in lease negotiations. The selected operator, Destigo, formerly known as Dobry Hotel, is one of the leading operators in Poland. Through leasing the H15 hotels in Cracow and Warsaw, the company has entered the luxury hotel market.
