Horwath HTL expands with new office in Romania

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our global network of hospitality, tourism, and leisure firms with the opening of our brand-new office in Romania. This marks our first presence in the country and underscores our commitment to providing top-tier consulting services across new and emerging markets. 

The new firm has 15 years of experience and a portfolio of over 50 projects, bringing a deep and comprehensive understanding of the hospitality market in Romania and neighbouring countries. As it transitions to Horwath HTL, the firm will continue to drive growth and innovation in this dynamic market, reinforcing our network’s commitment to delivering world-class hospitality advisory services. 

Horwath HTL, Romania is led by two highly experienced hospitality professionals, Calin Ile and Lucian Marinescu. With decades of expertise in hotel management, investment, and consulting, they bring invaluable industry knowledge to the network. Calin Ile, former Country Manager for Ibis Romania and past President of the Romanian Hotel Federation, has played a key role in shaping the hospitality landscape. Lucian Marinescu, with a strong background in international hotel operations and consultancy, has been advising hotel investors since 2012. Together, they established Premier Hospitality to provide comprehensive support to the hospitality industry, making them a strategic addition to our global network.
