Horwath HTL was engaged to provide an independent assessment and verification of the concept and financial projections for a proposed theme park hotel. The assignment aimed to ensure the project’s alignment with market demand and its financial viability, supporting the client in making informed development decisions.
The engagement began with a detailed evaluation of the hotel’s proposed concept, including its room configuration, amenities, guest experience features, and integration with the adjacent theme park. The concept was assessed for its ability to align with the needs of families, leisure travellers, and other target markets drawn to theme park-based accommodations. Recommendations were made to refine the hotel’s offering to enhance its competitive positioning and guest appeal.
