Project Scope
Horwath HTL Italy was engaged to perform banking due diligence and provide an investment fairness opinion for the financing of the renovation and redevelopment of Hotel Britannique and Palazzo Caracciolo. The project aimed to verify the sustainability of the required financing, assess the capital expenditure (CapEx) allocation, and evaluate the progress of the redevelopment works to ensure alignment with the project’s financial and operational goals.
The assignment began with an in-depth analysis of the proposed financing structure, including loan terms, repayment schedules, and overall financial sustainability. The client’s financial capacity, projected revenue streams, and operational forecasts for the hotels were evaluated to confirm the feasibility of meeting financial obligations post-redevelopment.
