Her extensive experience in the hotel industry is global in scope, encompassing Asia, Europe, and America. Kendy commenced her career at Four Seasons Hong Kong in the role of Guest Experience Agent in the Front Office. She subsequently broadened her experience by assuming a position at Four Seasons Place Hong Kong, where she was involved in the provision of luxury service apartments.

Subsequently, Kendy refined her abilities in the Strategic Planning and Feasibility department at Marriott International's regional office in Beijing. There, she conducted over 40 feasibility studies across a diverse range of Marriott lodging products, encompassing the upper midscale to the luxury segment. Currently pursuing the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) at the Level II level, Kendy seeks to apply her expertise in finance to the domain of hotel investments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland, graduating with honours. Furthermore, Kendy obtained a Master's in Management with a Finance Track from ESSEC Business School in France and participated in the MBA programme at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University as an exchange student. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and French.
