Project Scope

Our consultancy was engaged to support the development of a mixed-use resort, blending luxury accommodations, residential units, and recreational amenities to create a holistic destination for guests and residents. The project aimed to establish a dynamic space that combined leisure, lifestyle, and investment opportunities, while ensuring sustainable development and market relevance.

The engagement began with a comprehensive feasibility study, assessing the project’s viability from financial, environmental, and market perspectives. This included a detailed analysis of the site’s potential, demand drivers, and competitive landscape. We also examined regulatory requirements and environmental considerations to ensure compliance and sustainability.

Collaborating with urban planners and architects, we contributed to the design of a master plan that optimised land use and connectivity between different components of the resort. Key elements included luxury hotels, residential villas, retail spaces, and recreational facilities such as golf courses, spas, and entertainment hubs. Our focus was on creating a seamless integration of these elements, enhancing the overall guest and resident experience.

We also provided strategic advice on branding and market positioning, crafting a unique identity for the resort that resonated with its target audience. This included developing marketing strategies to highlight the resort’s offerings and attract a diverse mix of tourists, investors, and permanent residents.

The final deliverable included a detailed development plan, financial projections, and actionable recommendations to guide implementation.
