Budapest, March 2021

HOTCO, the Hotel investment conference that specializes in the CEE region has announced today June 1-2 for their latest event.

The conference, now in its 5th year, will be held in Budapest as usual and will be a hybrid event featuring a live component in combination with an online stream. The theme this year is the milestones for recovery as the industry looks to recoup hotel investment values and make progress with new developments.

Marius Gomola, Managing Director of Horwath HTL, Hungary and the founder of HOTCO said “We feel very strongly that the industry should get moving, and that includes making plans to meet face-to-face. HOTCO has always been an event where networking is so important, we wanted to keep that as much as possible at the same time allowing people to logon if they cannot travel. We are excited to promote the region again and look forward to welcoming you to Budapest.

James Chappell, Global Business Director of Horwath HTL said “HOTCO was pretty much the last event to take place before Europe closed, so it’s fitting that it should be the first event to help bring us out of lockdown. We know that the industry is raring to go, and a combination of vaccines and the summer should mean a good live crowd in Budapest. It’s time to get back to meeting, we hope you can join us.”
