Horwath HTL Win Oman National Tourism Project

Horwath HTL, the global leader in hospitality consulting, are delighted to announce that they have been chosen to set up a new National Tourism Organisation and National Convention Bureau for the Sultanate of Oman.
Horwath HTL were chosen by the Ministry of Tourism of the Sultanate of Oman and have teamed up with Crowe Oman and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP to deliver the project using international best practices and expert advice, supported by profound knowledge of the local tourism market.

The assignment includes analysis of current tourism sector, stakeholder mapping on national level, analysis of the legal and tax framework, due diligence of Ministry of Tourism related to national promotion and brand management activities, proposal of organisation of National Tourism Organisation and National Convention Bureau, definition of business processes and responsibilities together with job descriptions, optimal budgeting and financing model, legal roadmap and change management plan.
