Horwath HTL Announces New Office in México. Fabian Sanchez appointed Managing Director
México City, May 17th, 2019—Horwath HTL announced a significant new addition today, with the opening of Horwath HTL, México. The new office, being launched in partnership with Crowe Mexico, will be based in México City and will add expertise and geographical coverage that complement and enhance the existing Horwath HTL offices in Latin America and the United States.
Fabian Sanchez has been appointed Managing Director of Horwath HTL, México. Sanchez is a highly respected real estate consultant based in México City. Over the last fifteen years, he has worked with numerous investment funds, banks and private investors on hotel, resort and mixed-use development projects, and participated in more than 900 real estate studies in México, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and El Salvador.
“As Managing Director, I look forward to further building the Horwath HTL brand in México,” stated Sanchez. “The opportunity to work with the global leader in hotel, tourism, and leisure consulting here in the world’s 8th largest tourist destination is exciting, and has been met with great enthusiasm by my clients and colleagues.”
Sanchez will work with John Fareed, Chairman of North America for Horwath HTL, to oversee the firm’s new team of hotel, tourism and leisure advisory professionals.
Commenting on the appointment of Sanchez, John Fareed Chairman of Horwath HTL, America said, “Mexico is one of the world’s largest hospitality markets and opening an office has been a goal of ours for many years. Once we found the right partners in Crowe Mexico and Fabian, we didn’t hesitate. We are proud and honoured to welcome Fabian to the Horwath HTL family. He is an internationally recognized expert in the real estate field, and his profile represents exactly the calibre of professional we were looking for to lead Horwath HTL, México.”
