Horwath HTL was engaged by Tokyo Tatemono to support the operator selection process for a luxury hotel development in Kyobashi, Tokyo, scheduled to open in 2029. This strategic engagement aimed to identify an operator whose brand and operational expertise would align with the project’s vision of establishing a high-end, globally recognized property in one of Tokyo’s most prestigious districts.

The process began with a comprehensive analysis of the luxury hospitality market in Tokyo.
