Operational models were also explored, considering standalone and integrated management approaches for the hotel and wellness components.

Financial projections were developed, outlining revenue potential across accommodation, wellness services, and ancillary offerings such as dining and retail partnerships. Sensitivity analyses were conducted to assess the impact of varying market conditions on investment returns.
