The project is an operating 5-star city hotel located in Dapuqiao commercial area, Shanghai. Situated within a skyscraper, the project has more than 300 room keys and abundant F&B, wellness and conference facilities.
Project Scope
Horwath HTL was instructed to prepare, on behalf of an international institutional investor, a due diligence report on the target hotel in Shanghai, China. In the report, Horwath HTL carried out a thorough market research and conducted detailed financial and investment projections of both as-is scenario and various repositioning scenarios.
