MA&FS Hotel at the Airport

Project Scope

One of Poland’s regional airports was considering a hotel development adjacent to the airport. Horwath HTL was asked to prepare a thorough market analysis and feasibility study to answer the question of whether this investment was economically viable. After a thorough analysis of the market, the competition, the potential and the specifics of the airport in question, and taking into account any trends that might affect the project, Horwath HTL presented its conclusions and recommendations to the investor.
