New Conference & Event Venue with Upscale Hotel – Bratislava, Slovakia
Horwath HTL was engaged by IMMOCAP to advise on the development of a 2,000-seat multifunctional conference and event venue complemented by an adjacent upscale international hotel, part of the New Istropolis mixed-use project in Bratislava.
Project Scope
The assignment included a market and financial feasibility assessment, development concept review, and an overall economic impact analysis. We assessed the demand for a proposed 2,000-seat multifunctional conference and event venue, complemented by an adjacent upscale hotel.
An economic impact analysis was also conducted to quantify the project’s contribution to the city, highlighting job creation, investment inflows, and its role in elevating Bratislava’s international profile.
Our team also produced detailed demand and financial projections, in addition to sensitivity analysis to test alternative scenarios, enabling the investor and city stakeholders to understand the project’s potential as a driver of tourism, investment, and urban development.
