In her role, she supports a diverse portfolio of international clients across various stages of hotel and resort project development, specialising in investment planning and valuations.

Lana has successfully delivered over 80 projects, focusing on market and financial feasibility studies, concept development, and valuation. Her analytical approach and comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector enable her to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives and market demands.

Her experience spans multiple geographies, including Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Russian Federation, Romania, Montenegro, Albania, and others. She has collaborated with high-profile clients such as the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Royal Development Company, Arqaam Capital, the Investment Corporation of Dubai, Morgan Stanley, EBRD, EIB, HPL, and Balfin Group. Her ability to navigate complex international markets and engage with prominent stakeholders demonstrates her versatility and professionalism.

Lana holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, which provides a solid foundation for her expertise in financial planning and analysis. Additionally, she has earned a specialised certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University, further enhancing her skill set in evaluating and optimising hospitality assets.
