Sílvia Nuri is a hospitality development and asset management executive with over 15 years of international experience driving growth, investment, and value creation across luxury and lifestyle hospitality assets. She has led complex projects from acquisition and development through opening and operations, with a strong track record in portfolio expansion, asset optimization, and strategic execution.
Silvias primary responsibility is to drive the development and growth of Horwath HTLs consulting and advisory business, with a particular focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring clients, and strengthening the firm’s capabilities. In addition, she will support the execution of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and contributing to the successful achievement of client objectives.
Before joining Horwath HTL, Silvia was Head of Development at Sircle Collection, leading growth and development initiatives across Europe. Her previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Time Out Market, Hotel Investment Partners (HIP), TDI Advisors, and Deloitte, where she managed investment, development, asset management, and operational transformation projects across the hospitality sector.
Silvia has MBA in International Hospitality Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management CETT from Universitat de Barcelona.
