He joined Horwath HTL Rwanda in January 2013. He is in charge of preparing tender documents, securing business through effective follow-ups, and establishing and maintaining key client relationships.

Godwin is an expert in tourism development strategies, tourism competitiveness assessments and sustainable tourism development. His expertise in tourism master planning, value chain analysis, and product development has played a vital role in the success of Horwath HTL projects.

In 2016, Godwin led the establishment of the East Africa head office of Horwath HTL in Kigali, Rwanda. This strategic move strengthened the company's local presence and combined international expertise with a deep understanding of local markets, enhancing service delivery to clients in the region.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and a diploma in Sales and Marketing from Nakawa Institute.
